AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Sites Service Suspended Until Further Notice
As coronavirus (COVID-19) developments change hour by hour, AARP Foundation and United Way of Anchorage are doing our part to flatten the curve of transmission. A top priority for us is ensuring we are protecting those most at risk, including our volunteers and taxpayers. Therefore, we are suspending Free Tax Preparation in Anchorage beginning March 16 until further notice.
Questions about COVID-19? Call Alaska 2-1-1 (dial 2-1-1 or 1-800-478-2221) to get answers. The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services has enlisted 2-1-1 to field all public calls regarding the disease and the call center is now staffed with volunteer medical professionals to answer health-specific questions.
